Description
The McLaren MP4-12C is a super sports car designed and manufactured by McLaren Automotive.
It was the first production car fully designed and built by McLaren since the launch of the «mythical» McLaren F1, which ended production in 1998.
The MP4-12C has carbon fiber chassis and body and uses a 3. 8 liter V8 engine, mounted in central position. Named «M838T» this twin-turbo engine develops 600 horsepower and 601 Nm of torque. The power is transmitted to the wheels through a seven-speed double-clutch gearbox.
Much of the technology used in the MP4-12C is directly inherited from F1, such as the "brake steer", which consists of locking the inner rear wheel in quick turns to reduce understeer.
This McLaren MP4-12C is an original Portuguese late car, has full service history and only 7000 kilometers.
