For sale is my beloved 1968 Commer Wanderer..
Bought 8 years ago, it was originally intended as a coffee bus.. but continued as a camper.. I have done many successful trips, and a few festivals in her, and she always raises a smile and conversations on her travels, and has never let me down. Dry stored for 6 winters, but now my storage, and time this vehicle needs complete is no more, so must go to someone who can finish the job and take care of this rare beast.
Viewing is essential to get an idea of where she's "at", as works are always ongoing with these classics, much has already been done over the years, and only gets used a few weeks a year(sadly).
She's in relatively good shape for almost 50, some minor outer bodywork.. (always use replacement panels).. need looking at, and a few other easy repairs/ small bits.
MOT current till May 2018, and am confident it will fly through.. never failed one yet!(l
Parts are fairly easy to source as these British made work horses were once the backbone of the UK industry and leisure back in the 60s and 70s.
I hate to see her go, and wanted to finish it, but just don't have the time to dedicate any longer.
