This very presentable 1991 300SL has the makings of a very nice car, with a small amount of effort.
Coming with a full history comprising of 17 service stamps, all but the last being Mercedes dealer stamps and every MOT since 1994, the history shows a Speedo change (By Mercedes) at 23847 back in 1995 so total mileage is still a low 141K. The silver body work is very nice and appears to be rust free.
Interior is good with just small signs of usage but the major problem is the roof is not currently working, although obviously once the hard top is removed then the the soft top can be operated manually. Drivers door key hole has been damaged and will need to be replaced.
Mechanically all seems good, there is an current MOT through to September 2018 and the car drives well. Being offered at a very competitive price with the understanding that there is work to be done to bring this lovely Mercedes back to its former glory, or you could just use it as is and enjoy!
