Vintage and Prestige Fine Motor Cars are proud to be offering this 1960 Bentley S2 Continental Flying Spur by H. J. Mulliner for sale. A really fine example of a Bentley that has recently had a lot of money spent on it by the current fastidious owner. Recent works include the brakes being completely checked with a full bare metal re-spray being completed in a deep solid blue. The blue exterior is needless to say, in unmarked super order. To the interior is stone coloured leather in perfect order throughout. The woodwork is very highly figured and has also been recently removed and refinished.
A pair of driving lamps is fitted to the front bumper giving excellent illumination on long distance nocturnal runs. Under the bonnet the engine bay is also clean and tidy. The odometer shows 92, 000 miles which, whilst not warranted, is highly credible given the lack of wear to the accelerator pedal. The Bentley engine pulls strongly at highway speeds and easily overhauls modern traffic. Oil pressure is good and the temperature runs cool.
