Sussex British Motorcycle Owner's Club

Formed in May 1986 to cater for anyone owning or having an interest in British motor cycles. The Sussex British Motorcycle Owner's Club meets every Monday evening, except bank holidays, from 8pm to 10.30 pm at the Clymping Village Hall on the A259 (50 yards from the Ford Road roundabout). As part of the Clymping Sports and Social Club we enjoy use of the facilities of the village hall and bar.
During the summer months the club displays machines at various rallies such as Ardingly and Amberly, the Ace Cafe run at Brighton, Christmas Toy Run and the winter finds us at the classic bike shows.
The club promotes two major charity fund raising events, the Newhaven Fort Show and the annual running of the Bulldog Run with the funds generated going to a local childrens charity currently The Camelia Botnar Childrens Centre.
Present members interests range from having a beer at the club to riding and full restorations (or talking about them!) and we have been known to put on club runs around the local countryside.
Although the club covers a lot of activities it is informal and, at times, chaotic! Why not drop in and see us some time we are a friendly bunch - if you like what you see perhaps you'll join us. Membership only costs £12 and runs from 1st May to the end of April.
