This 2003 Porsche 996 Turbo Tiptronic is a very special car as it has the rare optional X50 Powerkit that increases the power from 420bhp to 450bhp, thanks to larger KKK turbochargers, uprated intercoolers and a revised engine management system. This equates to a 0-62mph time of 4. 5 seconds and a top speed of 190mph. The extra 30bhp is very apparent when you drive the car - a standard Turbo is exciting, this one is even more so!
The Porsche is finished in timeless Seal Grey Metallic with contrasting satin black wheels (we can refinish these in silver if you prefer).
The interior boasts a high specification, including full black leather, including the sun visors, with the Porsche crest embossed into the headrests. There aluminium trim to the instrument surrounds, centre air vents, instruments, handbrake lever and gear selector, plus there's a body-silver coloured centre console. Other features include fully electric seats with driver's memory, sunroof, heated seats, Bose sound package and Park Assist.
The 911 has a full service history which is backed up by receipts that show that it has been properly looked after in recent years. New Michelin Pilot Sport tyres were fitted earlier this year, and most recently, it has just had a major service, new front brake discs and pads, new brake fluid, front suspension overhaul, including dampers, plus a myriad of minor jobs to bring it up to our standards, all at a cost of over £5300. It really is a very well sorted example.
