For many years, the Aston Martin Series III V8 with the S spec engine has been the car to covet and it remains so.
Like many Aston Martin V8 Saloons, this car has had a number of owners and we are indebted to the current owner for his research and therefore being able to identify those changes of keeper. The astonishing fact is that the simple record of “12 previous keepers” shrinks when you consider that some keepers (the current one included), changed the registration details but not the ownership and also, for whatever reason, the ninth and tenth keepers recorded 15 days and 35 days ownership respectively! A full record of ownership is with the service history folder for the car.
What is not in doubt is that the current family ownership (two registered keepers) has lasted from 1997 to today and during that ownership, as can be seen from the service history, plenty of enjoyment has been had and much money spent on mechanical and other maintenance.
There is, however, recognition that a new owner will want to add their own mark to the car and it is offered to the market at a correspondingly value for money price
Add to the mix a great service history and a value for money offer price, this is a car waiting for a new owner to add their gloss and their enthusiasm to a great car.
