A stunning red MGA supplied new to North America in September 1959, returned to the UK in 1988 apparently in need of renovation despite being remarkably solid and rust free. Previously owned by the secretary of the 'Twin Cam' register of the MG Car Club, this car was converted to right hand drive. The last owner carried out a full nut and bolt rebuild to an extremely high standard, probably the best we have seen for some time. We have many invoices detailing the parts bought and work carried. The benefits from an 1840 cc engine upgrade and judging by the way the car drives, it would suggest every component has been refurbished or replaced.
To restore a car to this standard would cost many times the asking price and it would be difficult to replicate the very fine condition of this lovely car.
