Full-service history, last service being an Inspection 2, around 4k miles ago. You’ll see that the MOT is due this month, which will be sorted for the buyer. Its history is well documented with lots of old receipts to look through.
The car is currently on a private plate, which won’t be included in the sale. The car is on a 56 plate. Current mileage is around 110600, and is in regular use, but not a daily.
I bought this car last for £8500 last year, and I never planned to sell it. I have invested almost £2k in recent months on the following;
Steering rack lower suspension joint
front shocks
coil springs
top mounts
spring pads
nearside side light (£30!)
The 3. 0si engine has around 265hp and the car only weighs around 1300kg, so has useable performance, without the M car running costs.
There are only 231 manual e86 left on the road, and is guaranteed to be a future classic, with its straight six and manual gearbox.
This car has heated leather seats, cruise control, business audio and an all-important aux cable input.
The interior is a really nice place to be, I wanted the red leather spec, without the satnav as old satnav systems as pretty rubbish and date the car.
I have owned this car for just under a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with it. My wife’s work circumstances have changed meaning I need a car not just for fun. I need space to do the nursery run, and have capability isofix childseat. his is a surprisingly practical car, with a boot which is bigger than you’d expect, but I need 4 doors.
I’m not really open to much negotiation on price, given how much has been spent on it recently.
