A late Aston Martin Volante ‘wide body’ cosmetically identical to the ultra-rare 6. 3. The Virage moniker was dropped on the last 20 cars out of Newport Pagnell.
Manufactured in November 1997 and one of the last 10 it has the uprated 350hp engine and a 95 prefix.
I have attached photos of the car. It has covered 15, 000 miles and is in superb preserved condition including all original tools, jack, new tonneau cover and a fully documented service history from Aston Martin and latterly a renowned specialist. This is a concours quality car. It draws attention everywhere and if I had a pound for every selfie taken with this car I wouldn't be selling it !
These cars are often referred to as the forgotten Aston, the last hand built model before Ford took full ownership. The craftmanship is superb from the hand rolled aluminium bonnet to the hand stitched leather and walnut interior.
Prices are rising as the true value of these unique cars are becoming recognised. It is believed only a handful of wide bodied Volantes were made to special order.
