Genuine ZB32 very nearly finished project. 1949 frame / 1950 engine.
Frame number ZB. 32. S. 1322 / Engine number ZB. 32. GS. 2200.
Correct Close Ratio gearbox professionally rebuilt by Ace Classics London. Replica tank currently on the bike will be sold with unrestored original tank too. I also have the toolbox in primer not painted and various other bits and pieces required to finish.
Newly rebuilt wheels, new Amal carb and new Lucas M01 Magneto.
No registration papers, however comes with a dating letter from the Gold Star & Rocket Owners Club dating the frame number as October 1949.
Also comes with a copy of the BSA factory Technical Department Engine Test Certificate of Performance (issued 11th May 1950) detailing the specific engine number and showing the cam and piston part numbers etc. which correspond to those supplied with the bike. Note the engine has standard cams currently fitted but the numbered performance cams will come with the bike. Also the cylinder barrel is the rare nickey racing type.
