Subject to a major mechanical restoration a few years ago, it is in truly outstanding condition, and has been described by a number of Ferrari specialists as one of the very best 348s they've seen.
It has just had a full major service and cam belt change, and in my ownership has also had a new clutch and water pump amongst many other things.
The interior was fully refurbished prior to my ownership, has no sticky plastics, and is in beautiful condition.
It drives superbly, the steering is some of the best you will find on any road car, it makes a fabulous noise, and makes people smile everywhere it goes.
It comes with a huge history file and some really interesting history about its previous owners. It has a fresh 12 month MOT with no advisories.
The car is garaged and isn't driven in the wet.
I don't think you will find a better 348 and the price reflects this. These cars are very hard to price - but beware, buy what may seem a cheap one and you could easily face a large 5-figure bill to make it right.
I will miss it hugely, but there are lots of nice cars out there and it's time for me to try something else.
