My Crossley was restored in the 1990's after importing back to the UK from Australia. It remains in good order with the cosmetics acceptable but not as new.
She starts easily, runs quietly and drives well. She has sidescreens in good order too. The nickel plating is generally good. I would say she is a good all round older restoration, which has been regularly used, sometimes for quite long holiday trips.
I have just changed the number to WC and four numbers. Will have new plates on the car for the sale. The Crossley is a well made car, I would say better engineered than the contemporary Model T Fords and roomier too. That's why I bought it after a long affair with Model T's. I bought it from the son of the man who restored it and it has been in light but regular use since restoration.
