Description
The Motorcycle has undergone a full nut and bolt, ground up restoration, most of the work carried out by one of the UK’s Premier Kawasaki Z1 Restorers.
The bike has a verification letter from Kawasaki UK with official dating certificate which also confirms that the engine and frame match the factory records, having been manufactured in 1975 and first registered in the UK.
The bike is in Concourse condition and had been restored using 99% existing components and “New Old Stock” parts with no expense spared including full engine and carb rebuild. Original parts include, clocks, grips, switchgear, forks, disc, caliper, wheels, indicators and stems, seat base, UK mudguards, headlight shell, tank, badges, tailpiece, fasteners, handbook etc. Includes rare UK items such as clear master cylinder and long rear mudguard. Major components have matching date stamps with the month of manufacture such as the original Takasago wheel rims and torque arm etc.
The restoration was completed in 2022 and I have only covered 500 dry miles since the restoration.
