BMW Z4m Coupe
For sale is my interlagos blue BMW Z4m coupe 3. 2L, 350bhp. With black leather interior
Car is currently sitting on 158, 195 miles, I am the 2nd owner, 1st owner covered 150, 000 miles in it. Great car with the infectious S54 engine at its heart, which puts a smile on your face every time you start it up.
Good level of service and MOT history from previous owner, with records of oil service and inspections and other service work undertake my oxford BMW and Islip motors, copies of all can be sent through on request.
Under my ownership I have carried out the following:
Full Conrod bearing replacement in September 2021 as a preventative measure. All works undertaken by BMW S54 specialists Redish motorsport in Bristol, replaced with ACL conrod bearing and ARP bolts for complete piece of mind. Shells which were replaced were the original and where still in good order, I still have these, and they can be viewed if required.
Full S54 Vanos overhaul in September2021. Undertaken by Redish Motorsport. Valve clearance also undertaken.
Inspection 2 service in September2021. Undertaken by Redish Motorsport. Including engine oil, gearbox oil and diff oil changes
Eventuri Carbon Airbox fitted. Fantastic noise. Still have standard airbox to be included in the sale.
Full paint correction and application of Gtechniq crystal Serum light to body work, Gtechniq C5 to the wheels and Gtechniq G1 to the glass. Gives a lovely depth to the paint and ensures it is easy to keep clean, with epic water beading when wet. All works were professional undertaken by Auto Car Detailing, Shrewsbury, in Jan 2022, with the crystal Serum, guaranteed for 5years, and the paint/ coating inspected yearly since application.
Headlights professionally polished and proper PPF UV resistant tinted film applied to prevent any decolourisation, works again undertaken by Auto Car detailing in Jan 2022. Film does not effect the light out put, and can be easily removed if required, although the headlights will then need to be sealed to prevent decolourisation as the Z4?s are prone for this.
New genuine BMW gear Knob fitted, I still have the original but it is in poor condition.
Black Kidney grills fitted, still have the original ?chrome? surround grills to be included in the sale.
Michelin Pilot Sport 4?s fitted front and rear, including 4 wheel alignment.
Starter motor replaced April 2022
Bilstein B16 PSS coil overs fitted throughout @157, 300miles, purchased 2nd hand and thought to have only covered 4k previously. Top quality coilovers with height adjustment and damping adjustment.
New rear brake pads fitted @ 157, 300 miles, and front brakes cleaned and sliders greased as required.
GPS sensor replaced, and satnav is now fully working and 'GPS locked', with maps updated with the 2018 BMW nav maps. October 23
Battery in key replaced, central locking now fully working off remote fob. October 23
MOT valid until 9th July 2024. Car has sailed through every MOT in my ownership.
Bad points.
Paint is general in very good condition but the car has covered 158, 000 miles, so has the odd stone chip and gravelrash here and there. Bonnet is the worst effected by stone chips, but has never bothered me, I have attempted to photograph but difficult to see in photos.
Rear drives side quarter has a small section of corrosion approx. 2cm long, paint is still good so difficult to view, I have tried to photograph best I can.
Wheels are generally good condition but would benefit from an refurb

Good points
Great honest 2 owner car, which has been driven as it was intended to and not locked up in a garage. The engine is superb and has power and torque in bundles, with all major works undertaken for piece of mind. Coupled with the Eventuri intake, the ?on throttle? intake noise is epic but the car still remains quiet and civilised at slower speeds and lower revs, i. e motorway cruising. The S54?s eagerness to rev is infectious.
Suspension is firm as it should be for a 2 seater sports car, but isn?t harsh and it does have damping adjustment if required, I currently have it set at the midway setting. Coilovers also give ride height adjustability.
Overall it is an epic looking rare car, which gets comments great comments every time I take out, and is a pleasure to drive with the new suspension and S54 soundtrack.
I have been as honest as possible with the add so that there are no surprises.
