1988 Daimler DS40, finished in Ivory and Navy blue.
Over the past 5 years of ownership we have spent an excessive amount of money on this vehicle in maintenance. I have over £15, 000 of receipts for work carried out including;
New fuel pump, electronic ignition upgrade, body work, replace handbrake cable, new battery, transmission hose, water pump, remove carbs and re tune, track rod ends, new starting motor, cam gasket, shock absorbers, power steering pump, drag link.
There is a little bit of body work required on the near side door, however overall the body work is in good condition and the car is ready to work.
We are selling to make space for a new vehicles purchased. The Daimler is a lovely car and very popular with couples due to its size and classic looks.
Viewing is welcome, we are based in Liverpool. Only a couple of weeks ago the var has developed a problem with its gears, reduced price to reflect.
