Opel Corsa GT / SR
A true classic from 1989.
This particular car came from a private Portuguese Opel collection. These models are badged Vauxhall Nova SR in the UK and as of 2022 there was only 72 left on UK roads. In Ireland they were badged Corsa SR and rest of Europe GT.
As this car has been in storage and standing since 2012 we have undertaken an extensive recommissioning to include valve stem oil seals, valves reseated, and hydraulic tappets stripped and cleaned.
A new timing belt and water pump including all gaskets and seals has been fitted.
New brake callipers and pads fitted to front, new distributor cap, leads and coil also replaced.
Full service that included all fluids being changed, engine gearbox and brakes.
This is a perfect car for the classic enthusiast and will only appreciate in value. It is not a concourse car but a respectable driver and show car.
This car has been in the sun all it?s life and never saw salt on the roads so has a rust free shell.
These cars in concourse condition are fetching 20K sterling now.
It comes in unique green colour to UK but was released in mainland Europe which makes it even more collectible.
Car has just passed full Portuguese government inspection prior to being driven to Ireland in last couple of weeks.
Transport can be arranged via any port that serves Ireland.
