For sale is my Daf 55 estate (I believe one of four left in the UK). I have owned her for some years. Mechanically she is in good condition. The engine was rebuilt a few years ago and the transmission is in good working order so she drives well. The interior is also good, the seats are in good condition with no holes and the trim panels are showing general age related wear and tear.
The body work is tatty. I have done a lot of welding to the floors to make them solid but the car would benefit from further welding to the rear arches. There are also a lot of dents etc and the paintwork is ropey.
The car is running on 13 inch marathon wheels with good tyres. I have a large amount of spares that can be sold by separate negotiation.
In general its a car that runs well but looks rough. Please call me if you'd like further information or to come an look at it.
