Volkswagen Scirocco Scala MK2 1:8 litre GT, 5 speed manual, registered March 1990, ONLY 47000 MILES, beautiful, original classic nineties motor. 3 previous owners, some service history, last owner lavished this car with new parts whenever they were needed, including a Weber carb conversion with a manual choke, last model before fuel injection, other than that this car is, as it left the factor even comes with the original radio cassette player!! Original paintwork, so this is not an immaculate car, some minor blemishes, see picture of driver's door, but very solid everywhere as the boot and engine bay confirms. Excellent starter and beautiful to drive, bag yourself an appreciating classic, already qualifies for cheaper classic car insurance. I have always wanted one of these since I was a young man managing to get to drive one briefly in 1985. I know the previous owner and how she maintained the car so it was a no brainer when I was offered it. I have enjoyed the experience but unfortunately other priorities are forcing me to move the car on. Really beautiful and simple to drive, being without all the modern cars distractions and being light weight it's quite peppy out on the road, and always turns heads.
