Description
For sale is an Opel GT built in 1971.
The car has already been disassembled by the previous owner and is waiting for the right enthusiast to assemble it.
The body has some rust in places. Unfortunately, the fenders and the air baffle were already removed by the previous owner. The floor has some holes and 1 sill is also due (the other one has already been done). There are also the rear fenders, the tail section and extensions made of GRP (also from the previous owner). The engine looks like it was running when they removed it from the vehicle, but it will need a check. The gearbox is still flanged on. Unfortunately the carburettor broke during transport, but a second one is included. As far as it can be seen, all parts of the interior are present. This includes the dashboard, as well as old carpets and door panels as a pattern and the seats. There are also NOS instruments in the packaging, which were purchased as replacements from the previous owner. The wiring harness is also still preserved. Some axle parts were already prepared for painting by the previous owner.
There are certainly a few parts missing that aren't immediately noticeable at first glance. But what is certainly missing is the radiator, the drive shafts of the rear axle, as well as a door and the hood. All parts can be found in the internet for a little money.
