Superb useable modern classic.
It was bought new from Rose and Young in Caterham Surrey, lived with its first owner in a small village outside Caterham, Woldingham, and then when the owner was unable to drive any more he passed on the car to his neighbour (me) in Woldingham, which was 9 year's ago. So only 2 owners from new. The car has been meticulously maintained and has been used sparingly. Smoke silver (702) with black leather and walnut trim.
The car has a tilt and slide sunroof, although currently it only tilts. There is a high quality mercedes sterio and cd fitted. Mot until October. The car has a mercedes roof box and tow bar ( not fitted) and has a hard mercedes liner in the boot. There are also snow chains with the car. Two load covers, and two keys. Central locking.
The car drives beautifully, and is both comfortable and spacious. The bodywork is excellent with no sign of corrosion. The interior is spotless. Everything works as it should, with the exception of the sunroof not retracting and the parking sensors being a little unreliable. Both faults are recent and probably easily rectified. The aircon could probably do with a recharge. Overall the car is in exceptional condition.
Unfortunately it is a forced sale due to the nightmare ULEZ policy of Sadiq Khan who is intent on removing cars from the roads of London and the South East. It now costs £12. 50 to drive the car outside our village and in the direction of London. I have had to replace the car with an overpriced, tiny, uncomfortable Toyota Yaris. I'm furious.
Anyway, the car is now available for use anywhere else in the country, and will be a joy for its 3rd owner.
