Rare, lightweight parallel twin that I've spent far too much on and is a light project for someone more mechanically minded than me.
Purchased in 2022 from a friend. Has been stored and off the road since 2009 and is showing a little over 15, 000 miles.
In my ownership it's had the following;
Professionally cleaned and overhauled carburettors,
professionally rebuilt front and rear brake calipers and new pads,
new DID chain,
new Metzeler Road Tec tyres,
replacement used fuel tank,
replacement silencers (some marks but not rusty),
replacement down pipes with no corrosion,
Motobatt battery,
oil, oil filter, spark plugs and air filter
new OE fuel tap,
other small bits and pieces.
The bike requires a dose of easy start to fire up - it will eventually run on full choke rather erratically but dies when trying to rev. I'm fed up with it!
The bike is physically quite small so if you're tall you'll be cramped. V5 here in my name. The photos make it look slightly better than it is but it's in fair order with low miles.
