Description
This is my 1984 Saab 900 T16 3DR, this is genuinely a really nice car, it has been off the road since 2011 and needs a light recommission to see the road once again, I bought it as a non runner but have since given it a new fuel pump assembly, throughly cleaned the fuel tank, new fuel filter, spark plugs, oil and filter change and a new battery, and now it runs and drives lovely and starts on the button
This is actually a very clean car underneath and doesn’t require much welding at all or looks like it’s had much or any in the past, it needs drivers driveshaft tunnel and some bits in the boot floor and that’s all about as much as I can find, before it was taken off the road it went under a full paint job but it is bubbling in area’s and some paint flaking since as it was stored outside so it will want bodywork addressing to make mint, it is on its original 3 spoke wheels that have been freshly powder coated and I’ve just fitted a brand new set of tyres too
The sunroof has a leak and lets water in, and sadly was left outside for a few years prior to me buying it and will need the interior pulling out, cleaning and refitting and finding the sunroof leak (probably the drains blocked tbh), it has also actually had a new headlining fitted too so it isn’t sagging, but it is water marked from the sunroof leak, I have a few of its missing parts but not many, basically how you see it is what I’ve got, so is missing drivers door card, centre caps, and a few other peices
I also have a set of genuine carlsson wheels, and also a pleather of parts too that is available to the potential buyer
This being a 1984 Saab 900 Turbo 16v 3dr Flat Front makes it a very very rare car indeed this days and especially white with a red leather interior, and also within the next year or so this will be tax and mot exempt along with ULEZ FREE!!
I haven’t done a v62 yet to put it into my name so that will have to be done by the buyer, but I can give a full receipt of the sale, or if your happy to wait 4 weeks I can do one myself then transfer ownership
I'm selling this on behalf of my father, wasn’t planning to sell this and actually part way through getting it back on the road but I’ve got too many projects at the moment and I’ve decided just to have a clear out and focus my time on other things
