These were some of the last rigid mounted engines with carburettor fuelling considered the purest form of the Sportster before rubber mounting and fuel injection made later generations more fluffy. Ideal donor for chopper or flat tracker project.
Performance wise she is a little sleeper with all the top ingredients you would pick when hot rodding a sportster. The engine was rebuilt at around 8k miles (receipt for £3, 000 parts and labour) and has been carefully run in and undergone a full oil and filter change.
