Here we have a 1926 Swift 14/ 40 Tourer up for sale, it's a lovely rare tourer from long-term ownership and use.
It was first registered in April 1926 and was purchased by a who then passed it to his son in 1935, it was then sold to a then in 1960 a became the owner and he kept the car until 2003. In his ownership the car was used in a show called Mr. Pastry with and raised money for children with Cerebral Palsy.
The car is powered by a 1631cc engine coupled to a four speed gearbox. Ignition being by BTH magneto. It has had an engine rebuild carried out by the previous owner, the large open bodywork is finished in maroon with black wings and has good weather equipment. There is also an Auster screen for the comfort of the rear passengers.
The previous owner had this car since 2012 and enjoyed it, using from drives as diverse as going to the supermarket to holidays to France! The car is offered with a good history file with early documents, Swift paperwork and adverts as well as a current V5C.
