2007 Aero so top of the range in terms of trim levels. 210 BHP 5 speed automatic ( which I have read was more reliable than the 6 speed) Registered June 2007 and comes with the Saab original EC Certificate of Conformity, owners manual and folder plus service book stamped to 04 / 03 / 2021 and 64320 miles. Mot (with a few minor advisories) to 18 March 2025 with what I consider is a good mot history ( a few fails for minor items) but mostly passes. It has the original mots for 2019, 2020, 2023 and 2024. The car is ULEZ compliant for London Boroughs. Two keys, 6 Previous owners on the V5. It has a private registration on the car B14 KBT when I bought it which will come with the car but the new owner can, if they want apply to DVLA, pay a fee, to get a correct 07 plate ( it should be as per the pair of plates photographed in the boot if DVLA reinstate the original plate - they normally do so the buyer wouldn't have to buy new plates) and could sell the private plate if the buyer so wishes.

Black is a great colour for the car, especially with the black wheels and blue "SAAB" side decals. There are no rust patches on the car and the paintwork is fantastic for a 17 year old car. The locking wheel nut master key is present. There are a few old invoices for two new front tyres in Jan 20, two new rear tyres in Jan 23 plus a wheel alignment done in May 23. Tyres are 225 / 40 / 18 being the "Areo" optional wheel size. The fabric roof doesn't have any rips, tears or splits and the electric up / down works - some don't ! and is expensive to repair. See pictures with roof up and down. The soft top head lining is in great condition. It has the "9-3" floor mat set to protect the carpets which are in great condition. The interior leather is in very good condition with a small amount of wear on the drivers bolster but no rips or tears, It reflects the mileage for the car. The only "bad bits " ( it is almost a 17 year old car remember) is a very small "crease" low down on the NS front wing / door but is hardly visible and the paintwork isn't cracked and in my opinion doesn't even warrant a "smart dent repair" It wouldn't even show up in a photo. The car could probably do with a service and the rear boot "shark fin rubber aerial cover" is cracked ( see picture) but the boot is dry and complete with the spare wheel ( unused) plus the tool kit ( the one item missing in the " three hole thingy" ! ( see pictures) It's priced very keenly to sell as a low mileage example in overall great condition for the year.

Why am I selling - I'm a Saab nutter and I have another older 9-3 convertible which I've poured money into having just replaced the engine so reluctantly I've decided to sell the newer one. My original intention was to sell the older one after I bought this in Nov 23 before the engine "let go" in my older convertible and having replaced the engine it's now "the keeper" hence the newer black convertible is reluctantly for sale.

I'm quite happy to take serious buyers out on a test drive but I will drive unless you show that you have comprehensive insurance and you sign a pre-purchase agreement at the price advertised that if any accident occurs, no matter how small, you have deemed to have bought the car. Sorry if this puts people off but I had a very bad experience with a buyer many years ago. Basically it's a straight car at a sensible price and I'm looking for a Saab enthusiast buyer.
