Ready for the Spring to show and enjoy, the huge amount of the work has all been done and completed by
the last two owners have spent a fortune (Estimated £20, 000 - £25, 000) making sure this car is one of the best examples of an AUSTIN 7 1930 RK SALOON around today.

All bills that I have had are included, with photo evidence of all the work that has been carried out on every part while in my care. The last owner recorded how this A7 was found and its condition.

This 1930 Austin 7 RK Aluminium Saloon is a timeless classic that boasts a rare burgundy/ dark red exterior and black interior. With a manual transmission and right-hand drive, this four-seater car is perfect for any car lover who wants to experience the thrill of driving a vintage car.

The car is in excellent working condition and is accompanied by a V5C Registration Document in my name, making it a great addition to any car collection. The car is a perfect representation of the Austin 7 model, which was popular in the 1930s. The car's body type is a saloon and has two doors. It runs on petrol and does not require an MOT or car tax as it's a historic vehicle.

The car's manufacturer is Austin, and it falls under the category of Classic Cars. The Work that has been carried out is huge to make sure this A7 is up to date and better running in today's traffic. We also supply all the original parts that came with the car so you can if you want put it all back to the way it was in 1930.
First registered on the 30th of September 1930.

CC: 747 with SPEEDEX deep sump and SPEEDEX high compression head.
This can be reversed as we also have the original head and old 1930 carburetor. Old original head supplied.

Rear Brakes:
The rear brakes have been upgraded to one and a quarter inches so now it brakes better.

The rear lights were not correct so a new pair has been supplied and fitted, these were new old stock at great expense.

Indicators have been added for better road safety and can be taken off easily if required. Four spare indicator bodies have also been supplied as spares (These are new)

CC: 747 with the very rare SPEEDEX deep sump and SPEEDEX high compression head.
This can be reversed as we also have the original head and old 1930 carburetor as part of the sale.

Carburetor:
This was upgraded to an H1 some years ago and makes the car pull very well indeed.
The original carb is supplied with its manifold too.

Completely dismantled cleaned repaired.

Starter Motor:
The unit has been stripped down and supplied with new brushes.

The original horn has been stripped down cleaned, and painted and it also has a new stainless steel diaphragm which makes the horn sound amazing. I have been supplying these diaphragm's for years for all older cars including A7's to keep the horns working.

Very rare to have one of these wheel covers and this will be supplied with the car, the only one I have ever seen.

Number plates:
The Number plates have had new letters in the correct 1930s style.

The Bodywork:
The bodywork is in near-perfect condition but as the re-spray was done by the last owner some years ago it does have some small marks but is hard to see.

The Tank:
The tank was cleaned out a few years ago and did not have any issues with the fuel.

The Engine:
The engine was white metalled some years ago by the last owner it runs really well with no issues.

The Gear Box:
The Gearbox gears were upgraded by the last owner at great expense. Three gears and the car pulls amazingly well. Oil has just been changed in April 2024.

Wiring:
The wiring was replaced with Amour cable which again is a more expensive option to make it look original.

Starter Button:
The starter button was cleaned and painted.

HISTORIC VEHICLEHistory:
HISTORIC VEHICLE
The history file was lost sad to say after one owner passed away. We did get a recording from the last owner who told of the history of the car when he bought it many years ago. It was in a bad state and thousands of pounds have been spent to get the car to its current state and condition. Everything possible has been spent on over the last two owners and the car is a now rather rare RK Saloon 1930.
All bills that I have had are included, with photo evidence of all the work that has been carried out in my care.
