Description
As a BMW ( the older generations) fan for many years, I bought this car with the intention of keeping and using for ever. We have just downsized house, and have no garage. I have too many vehicles with not enough space to keep.
This lady needs to be cherished, not sit on my drive in the elements. Also my daughter and family have relocated back here from Australia, so my priorities have changed .
I have never seen such an original example in a stunning colour combination of Sapphire black metallic with Dakota Chateau heated leather interior. The original paintwork has a few minor age related marks, but overall presents beautifully, and drives as you would expect. Eastern BMW serviced the car, and I recently received the replacement history booklet stamped by them as the previous had misplaced. BMW oil service carried out at 62, 834 by Lloyd's our local main dealer to keep up the history. The invoice is present, but the book not stamped. The "mileage discrepancy" which flags up is a typo by the MOT station, 85000 km (52, 000 miles). The car was serviced at that time by Eastern with the correct mileage. HPI mileage check "No discrepancies" report present. To be honest, the car speaks for itself on inspection.
Sensible offers considered, I have covered less than 100 miles, so the mileage stands at 62, 910! 2 remote keys and service pack, the car benefits from the cheaper tax bracket at £414 (was 395) or £36. 31 per month. I have just had the car MOT'd with no advisories for total peace of mind. Unmarked alloys with matching Bridgestone tyres all round. No Sat Nav disc unfortunately.
As this can not be used as an everyday for me, I may consider a deal on a more practical car, auto preferred but not essential. . My partner is looking to buy a convertible and upgrade her SLK, so this is another option. Selfishly, a classic bike would also be considered. Please feel free to view if feasible
