1990 Peugeot 205 1. 9 GTI.
Very solid , rust free car. Huge sums spent to get it mechanically fit including engine rebuild.
Engine rebuild just 2, 000 miles ago in winter 2023.
Over £9k spent on getting all mechanical and electrical parts replaced where needed due to wear.
Just MOT'd with no advisories (4 years in a row) - valid until August 2026
Receipt's in extensive history file which includes MOT's and history back to when first purchased.

Mechanically this car is now running beautifully and pulls as if new after the engine rebuild.
Just passed MOT with no advisories ( 4 years in a row) - Valid until August 2026.
The down side... if you see it that way , which I don't as it's a car I run to work a couple of days a week and weekends so don't have to worry about scuffs and scratches ... the paintwork is all that needs to be done now to make this a very , very good car hence the sensible price.
I would do this myself as love the car but have a work contract for 2 years abroad and nowhere to store it.
At present the paintwork is fine from 20 yards away but is tired , has scratches, dinks and orange peel as well as the lacquer is coming off the roof ( see pics).
That really is all that needs to be done to make it 100% ( appreciate that comes at a cost hence I have priced accordingly)
I really don't want to sell but job dictates I have to.
