Welcome to sale of this incredible Audi A4, I am listing this on behalf of a family friend of ours. The car is from a "deceased estate".

Has been kept in an underground car park all its life.
Always serviced by Audi, with last service at 33k miles in 2021. Cambelt, water pump and coolant tank replaced by Victoria Audi at 28, 838 miles (June 2016). The car stopped being used in 2022/ 23.
This is probably the nicest, most original B5 Audi A4 available, It drives like new, there are no knocks, rattles or squeaks. Everything works as it should. It has climate control, 16" Avus alloys, Electric windows and mirrors. Remote central locking, Xenon lights.
The car is in exceptional condition, you would be forgiven for thinking it is 4 years old rather than 24!. It has never been smoked in, or had children in it. The wheels have some very minor curbing to the outer edges, but you have to look for them. The tyres are relatively new, and the correct Pirelli "AO" (Audi Original). It just had an MOT to get it ready for sale, and passed with no advisories. To be overly critical, the central information display does have some lines through it, but it does not affect reading what's there.
It comes with its original owners wallet pack, with all the owner's manuals, dealer directory, radio instructions etc. It does not have the service book, but does have Service print outs from Audi, as well as a raft of Service receipts. There are also a lot of old MOTS, and a DVLA print out of every MOT Date and mileage, going back to the first. It also comes with its tool kit, spare wheel, and warning triangle.
