I purchase the car back in October 2021. The car at that time had 107, 000 miles and had been purchase by the previous owner around 2008 and done around 12, 000 miles in the 12+ years of their ownership. Car has just passed its MOT with no advisories. Overall, the car had very little rust and no structural welding was required during the restoration work that I preformed back in 2021/ 2022. The underside running gear was in need extensive work as it was all very tired after 100K miles. All the running gear was removed from the car along with fuel & brake lines and heat shields. Subframes, Struts, hubs, wheel bearing housing, drive shafts, springs, CV joints, anti-roll bar and mounts, most parts were shot blasted and powder coated, by a local company. All the bushes were replaced with new along with new bearing, shocks, CV boots, disks, pads and mounts.
Work on the rear was carried out.
New fuel filter fitted.
Fuel filter brackets blasted and painted.
Rubber fuel hoses replaced.
New diff actuator fitted.
New diff actuator mount made.
New handbrake cables fitted.
New ABS sensors fitted.
Track rod ends refurbished.
New brake lines fitted
New flexi brake lines fitted.
Fuel tank refurbished, any rust removed and repainted.
The front running gear was done the same as the rear. Running gear shot blasted and power coated, and the brakes fully refurbished including new seals and pistons along with new discs and pads.
The engine had a major service, and the following work was carried out.
New spark plugs.
New thermostat.
New water pump.
New rocker cover gasket.
New Lambda sensor fitted.
Alternator refurbished.
New crank pully.
New cambelt.
New oil pressure switch.
New water temperature switch.
New radiator.
Refurbishment of the Aux radiator.
New oil cooler.
New Aux belts.
Replacement A/ C pump.
New A/ C condenser fitted.
New A/ C dryer fitted.
Replaced / fixed AC pipes.
Replaced coolant O-rings and refurbished metal coolant pipes.

Additional work on the front end of the car
Replacement drivers side wing fitted.
Passenger side wing had some surface rust removed and repainted.
Front lock carriers were repainted.
Front cross member repainted.
New oil cooler guide was made
New steering damper fitted.
Head lights stripped and cleaned.
Every bulb in the car replaced.
New brake light switch fitted.
All hose clips replaced.
All ear clips replaced.
New water bottle pump and pipe work
New fan resistor fitted.
New N75 valve fitted.
New DV fitted.
Intercooler flushed out and repainted.
Various metal brackets were shotblasted and painted.
The interior of the car was stripped as the underlay of the carpet had started to fail. It was replaced with similar OEM material that Audi use. While the carpet was out the interior was given a full clean and the carpet was washed. Front and rear seats were cleaned, and leather treated. Original sunroof frame had started to rust so that was stripped blasted and powered coated and glass resealed.

16” OEM alloy wheel refurbished.
New 16” pilot sport tyres fitted.

Door actuator wiring repaired.
New sunroof seal fitted.
Cleaned sunroof drains.
Refurbished the sunroof mechanism.
Full alignment done by Automark in Stokesley.
I have all the receipts for the refurbishment, and I also have plenty of history including the service book, receipts and the manuals along with 2 keys.
I documented the restoration work on the car and have around 2, 000 photos that show all the work done.
