Recently restored Motobi 650cc twin. Just like the better known Benelli badged sister model.
This very bright and clean has covered under 1000 kms since extensive works have been done. Apart from a complete cosmetic refurbishment, there is a new wiring loom, overrhauled generator, new and upgraded regulator rectifier. Motobatt battery. New tyres. Rebuilt wheels etc etc.
This five speed, pushrod parallel twin was the Italian response to the Triumph Bonneville and, in my opinion having both models, this is a very worthy take on the traditional British twin. Lots of lovely, top quality engineering from bar levers to the twin sided front brake.
This bike is an easy starter on the horizontally set kickstart lever so is much easier to kick over than a Commando , hence well suited to the mature rider.
The bike is a delight to ride but I am thinning my collection of parallel twins as I do not have time to ride them all.
ULEZ compliant, no need for MOT nor road tax.
