Description
Very special SS Harley Dyna. Total 10k custom in about 2009. 5k miles since. Extremely strong ride! Best V twin ever. EVO best Harley engine but SS is another level, do not confuse with a factory Harley ...... must sell one of the babies..... If want a cruiser type custom bike, but are used to more normal quick bikes, and find Harleys just do not go, stop, or handle, then this is for you. Check the specs, then ask advice from someone that knows the difference between say a Vulcan/ Victory/ Fatboy etc....... This has huge street cred, but is priced well below very boring and inferior factory bikes out there. Proper tool......
Apart from two small chrome lifts on alloy, would be show standard. Check all pics and videos. Too much to list.
- details above
Have it confirmed from S and S is a 1573cc full engine with 585 cam, so is the V96 lump with SS single fire, but superior Mikuni carb fitted as opposed to SS.
21" front wheel with Performance Machine billet brake.
200 Rear wheel with matching Performance Machine billet caliper and mount.
Custom forks and yokes, but with standard rake to ensure excellent handling, just just show but go as well. Handling and braking to match very quick power train.
Obviously upgraded battery and starter ensures quick and efficient fire up. Runs like a watch. Upgraded yet light action clutch. Transmission again is spot on quiet and smooth.
Paint job is top quality sparkle red on white.
Supertrapp full exhaust for the best extraction efficiency, with a big but controlled noise level. Sounds like a big 1573 V twin without being annoying out on road.
Tyres are excellent. Belt was replaced at build.
Bill from Moore Speed 200 miles ago for £2300 for full service right through, HEL brake lines, Motogadget bar end underslung mirrors and bar end indicators, all hidden wiring etc.
MOT until May 2025.
Decided Harleys probably too heavy for me now. Willard in pics, although does not do my duff legs much good, is surprisingly light, and as is rarely taken over about 80mph max, is more suited to just local jogging about.
I do play with bikes as a main hobby, just finishing a lightened down XRV750 Africa Twin project, so may do a PX for something interesting and cheaper. Have a KTM950 as practical bike, and also restoring/ commissioning a Triumph Super III. Have had bikes from 1929 to about 2014..........
Can come to Leominster Station and ride home, or i can get pro delivered for say £120, more if a long way off of course. Do me a deposit to hold the deal, can do balance on uplift or delivery etc. Bank transfer or cash.
Been on Ebay since 2001, have thousands of feedbacks as yellowperilbikes, then on here as daytona1244. All 100% and mainly bikes and parts etc. not just shoes and CDs, so pointless saying have a cheque coming from Nigeria etc........... Not a dealer but have been major bike person for 60 years now. Owned just about every bike can think of, hence tend to rotate to bikes that are different from straight factory.....
