1920 Wolf Model B
This flat tank motorcycle was made by the Wearwell Wolf motorcycle company in Wolverhampton in 1920. It has a Villiers 270cc two stroke engine.
The bike was restored some years ago then not used. I bought it in the summer of 2021, brought it home, started it once and since then it has sat in my dining room.
This is an early motorcycle, it has brakes front and rear, is belt driven, has a two speed hand change gearbox but it was designed and built with no clutch or kick start (that is how they were in 1920) starting and riding a bike like this is an adventure!
It will need some recommissioning but it is complete turns over with good compression, the gears select easily and the brakes work.
It is registered and I have a V5 in my name.
