Since 1998 this car has led a pampered and spoilt life in the care of a further two owners
I am selling it on behalf of the current owner, a friend and JEC member for over 10 years, I have seen what has been lavished on ENO, but a change in personal circumstances means now after 10 years it's time for a new custodian, the decision has been a hard one

Sitting at 106K miles, this car drives like 6K miles, quiet, whisper quiet, not a single knock , bang , rattle or creak, not even any wind noise
Engine, every upgrade has been done, timing chain tensioners, water pump, thermostat housing, new cooling hoses, new air con condenser
Gearbox, service done
Body work, gleaming Sapphire Blue, there is one tiny imperfection on the lhr arch at the rearward end, about the size of a 5p piece or smaller. All bumper chromes have been replaced, as has every exterior light unit
Underneath, wax oiled regularly, last done 2023.. no corrosion wheresoever
Exhaust, new stainless steel from Simply Performance in 2023 with, new chrome tips
Wheels and tyres, mint with 4 x Michelin Cross Climate 225 60 16 tyres fitted last year, wheels are 20 spoke including the spare and are unmarked and totally free from kerb damage
Interior, in lovely supple Oatmeal leather just as it left Coventry, unmarked, there is a pair of high quality sheepskin covers for the front seats included. The original J gate surround is included if the chrome aftermarket one is not to your taste
There is a spares package in the boot of new, nearly new and original parts
All books and folders are present and correct, three keys, two remotes.. all there
Included is a five volume hard copy workshop manual
The history, there are 28 stamps in the two service books, but best of all is the box file of every invoice for work done and parts bought, including correspondence with Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust on sourcing obsolete parts from around the world, fascinating readingsimple the best X308 XJ I have driven, this car is sublime, you will not find better
