An important Dutton LDY400J been the personnel transport for Tim Dutton for a year. This is the 6000th Dutton made by the mid 80’s. Plaque on dashboard certified by Tim Dutton as 6000th Dutton along with original aluminium VIN plate showing :- P6000
An immaculate Dutton Phaeton Series 4, based exclusively on a 1970 Ford Escort Mk1 1300cc GT. Correctly registered (no “Q” plate) as a Historic Vehicle so no road tax or MOT required. V5C present in the name of Tim Dutton.
Fitted with correct original period/ size Weller white wheels 5. 5”J x 13 front, 6”J x13 rear no rim damage and with optional chrome rollover bar.
Maintained regardless of expense. Entire wiring stripped out and replaced with all new wiring to 2025 IVA spec. Apart from the all new wiring this car is 100% original including the original very well maintained white gel coat - as it left the factory around 40 years ago
