I've decided to sell my 1960 BMW R60
I've now consigned this bike to HJ Pughs of Ledbury for auction on the 19/ 20th September 2025
Originally registered in the UK 01/ 02/ 1960
Original paint bike with just over 78, 000 miles
Bike starts and runs beautifully, I did a gentle 60 miles on it last week around rural Hampshire
A real gentleman's tourer
I've owned the bike for 7 years and apart from regular servicing and consumables I've not had to lay a spanner on it
Comes with tool kit in the tank and what looks like the original tyre pump
This bike won a 3rd place rosette at the Stafford classic motorcycle show in 2021

It's MOT and tax exempt but would fly through an MOT with no problemI have the buff log book from the 60's and some old MOTs going back to the late 80's , some tax discs from the 70's and lots from the 90's onwards
