Hartech engine rebuild at 104, 346 miles which included a full Wossner piston set with new rings & 6 aluminium alloy Nikasil plated cylinders to suit, timing chain set and guides, crankshaft bearing set, 2006 onwards intermediate shaft (IMS) with larger improved bearing & low temp thermostat. Also, cylinder head overhaul, new oil, filter coolant, etc. new rear brake pipe sections, new track control arms, new front forked exchange arms, new front brake discs and pads, New coils and plugs, new aircon condenser and much more - all done by Hartech at a cost of £12, 000. This desirable wide-bodied C4S in Metallic Basalt Black has been in my ownership for 10 years. Recent work includes having new rear discs and pads, refurbished back boxes, all 4 wheels refurbished and front brakepipes replaced. I changed the oil and filter this week. Fitted with 4 brand new Michelin Pilot Sport tyres. MOT valid until 11th January 2026. Only selling because I’m mostly driving a large SUV with room for grandchildren and their associated paraphernalia…Porsche main dealer maintained up to 2010 (74, 000 miles) then by various independent garages.
