SO MUCH BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!
THIS IS THE VERY 1ST YEAR (THE ONE TO OWN) JEWEL IN KAWASAKI'S CROWN & IN THE BEST & ONLY COLOUR TO HAVE WITH ONLY 2 MATURE OWNERS IN ITS LIFE & BARELY RUN IN AT 18, 700 MILES, ENGINE IS WHISPER QUIET & IT RUNS/ RIDES PERFECTLY (I rode it home 60 miles & loved it, effortless, comfy & smooth!)
THE 2 OWNERS WERE BEST FRIENDS & IT TRULY IS AN ABSOLUTE CREDIT TO THEM IN WONDERFUL CONDITION BELYING THE FACT IT IS A 25 YEAR OLD BIKE WITH NO CORROSSION OR RUST (very slight tarnishing to rear footpegs), & HAVING JUST BENEFITTED FROM A REFRESH IN APRIL AFTER STORAGE TO INCLUDE - NEW PLUGS (NOT A 5 MINUTE JOB FOR THOSE IN THE KNOW!), OIL & FILTER CHANGE, BRAKE FLUIDS & RECENT MOT (WITH NO ADVISORIES)
The original paintwork is just stunning in the sunlight & virtually unmarked throughout (literally you will struggle to find any stone chips), the frame, fasteners, wheels, seat & cockpit area are also superb with only a very slight graze (through storage) on the RH engine casing (I have simply put some protection over instead of respraying it) & everything is original as it left the factory. The only extra which the 1st owner put on virtually from new is the very useful rear hugger which has done its job in protecting the rear shock & general area, oh & very expensive & subtle bar risers making the riding position just a little more comfortable (good bonus!)
Datatool alarm fitted from new, original "Bridge Motorcycles" dealer number plate, tool kit, owners manual, original purchase invoice, welcome letter & associated Kawasaki dealer paperwork, uncut rear mudguard, original immaculate titanium exhaust, original screen, every old MOT, various invoices BUT sadly the service book has been misplaced otherwise the PERFECT provenance & superb value classic old school bike to go in a collection to ride & enjoy on sunny days
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT, I THINK THE BEST ALL ROUND GENUINE EXAMPLE CURRENTLY FOR SALE & AT SUCH AN AFFORDABLE PRICE WITH MILEAGE THAT IS BARELY RUN IN FOR ONE OF THESE BULLET PROOF ENGINES AND THAT HAS BLATANLTY HAD A VERY VERY EASY FIRST QUARTER OF A CENTURY & READY TO GO GO GO!
