Description
This is my BSA A7SS ( shooting star ) It was last on the road in 1983 and years before that I did compete in the Kennings Classic road racing with it.
The bike needs recommisioning . I intended to strip the bike back and repaint/ polish all the casings ect but realistically just do not have the time.
The specification is as follows-
- Amal Racing carb.
6 gallon tank with quick fill aircraft type filler cap
Supaleggera head stock
John Tickle headlight stays
Bestone megaphone exhausts
Dunstall seat and rearsets
Akront alloy wheels.
central oil tank.
An interesting good looking motorcycle that needs to be fired up and ridden again .
The wiring will need to be replaced as it is brittle. The petrol pipes too. It will need a new battery. Some areas will need a re-chrome like the race handlebars. I think the bike would make someone an interesting and different rebuild project .
