It needed a bit of fettling to get running, though the engine had already been professionally rebuilt by the previous owner—I've got a file of invoices to show the work done.
Since acquiring it, I’ve fitted a refurbished Bing carb, replaced the coil and condenser, and installed a solid-state voltage regulator. I also rebuilt the rear plunger-style shocks, fitting new springs and bushings to ensure a smooth ride.
This bike has been a reliable companion on many local VMCC runs, performing beautifully every time. If you'd like, I can share a video of it running.
