Aprilia Tuono 1000R V2 V Twin super naked, 2006 bike with 11, 500 miles, 5 owners, part history, valve clearances done in 2020 but not done many miles since, MOT until October, serviced in 2024 and book stamped.
This is the R model so comes with Brembo calipers, master cylinders and lighter weight wheels.

Just done a full protection package on the bike including a ceramic coating so good to go for the summer, this included the removal of all plastics and wheels for cleaning and protection.
Michelin Road 5 tyres, chain and sprocket all good, new battery, the bike is in excellent order throughout and has been meticulously maintained by previous owners and me. Pillion foot pegs have been removed and the hangers painted black which I think looks better.
I have 2 keys, handbooks, pillion seat, mirrors, and standard exhausts aswell. The bike runs superb and starts and stops as it should. No issues with it at all. Only slight visual defect is the sticker on the belly pan coming away, you can get replacement ones online though. Other than that it’s very clean for the year.
I haven’t had the bike long and purchased it with every intention to ride it and enjoy it but circumstances have changed and I can’t justify keeping it now.
Bike comes with handbook, 2 keys and some receipts for work carried out.
A great example of this iconic V Twin super naked, I doubt you will find a cleaner one.

Mileage edited as I read it wrong, it’s done 11, 500 miles. I have had V Twins in the past but this bike is on a different level for torque, just put it in 3rd or 4th and you can cruise around town or enjoy the open road. So much midrange power and very easy to ride.
The reviewe praise it for its handling and it’s totally justified, it handles so nice, very easy to tip in to corners, engine braking is superb, comfortable and upright so good for long rides, the exhaust note is superb aswell. All in it’s a bike you can do anything on and it looks superb too. You don’t see many around and it always gets attention. Easily the best V Twin I have ridden.
Definitely worth going to read the reviews on this bike, it’s lives up to them.
