Description
Factory spec Tuscan S upgrades include uprated 390 BHP straight six engine, Hydratrak LSD, close ratio gear box, larger vented discs front and rear, xenon lamps, front splitter, distinctive rear spoiler and lights, colour coded boot carpet etc.
The previous owner fitted adjustable Gas Gold Pros and 3mm spacers to front wheels to improve the ride and handling.
I have owned the car for 14 years and it has been properly warmed up and regularly serviced and kept in the garage 99% of the time.
The car was re-built by TVR in 2004 on a new chassis following an insurance write off in it's first year; effectively it was re-born as a completely new car and one would never know otherwise.
In very good condition mechanically. Cosmetically it has few stone chips around the front which have been touched up. Inside is very tidy, hardly any wear on the seat bolsters, only the drivers floor mat looks a bit tired and some wear around the ignition key area on the steering column.
I believe everything works properly including the alarm/ immobiliser.
Starts first time every time and has always been 100% reliable. This is a beautiful car with stunning performance which is equally at home just cruising around or on long trips - I have done Spa and NC500 to name just a couple - and it's surprisingly comfortable notwithstanding the firm ride.
It's loud and noisy if you want it to be with pops and bangs on the over-run.
This car ticks all the boxes for me but having owned it for 14 years and done all the things I want to do with it, it's time to move it on and play with something else.
