1976; Matching Numbers; ex-Police but believed to be low mileage due to being inactive from 1993 until a couple of years ago when it was comprehensively re-commissioned; later gearbox fitted but the original is with it; this machine has one of, if not the mechanically quietest 'airhead' engines that I've heard; it runs so sweetly and rides exceptionally well; I have owned this machine before and rode it around for a while until it was sold as it was so lovely and it is equally so now having benefitted from a service and very little use since; BMW toolkit; recent new seat; a recent previous owner also fitted a brand new set of Krauser Panniers at a cost of nearly £400; clearly no Show winner but what a superb riders machine that does look smart; previously supplied by ourselves.
