Classic 1957 Norman Nippy Moped - 2 gears 50cc (47cm3, 1. 6PS) 2-stroke , Sachs engine)
This moped has been rebuilt by me approximately 3 years ago in original livery. Work included: re-paint, new tyres, new brake and clutch cables, replacement of suspension bushes, new seat cover, new piston rings.
It is registered as a historic vehicle and does not need an MOT or road tax and can be driven with a car licence. Insurance and running costs are low but buyers must expect to maintain this moped carefully as wih any classic vehicle.
It was registered in Bristol and history and documents are available dating back to the 1960's
The original log book and advert is available together with a current V5C registration document.

There is an excellent Norman Whatsapp group for support. I am an Engineer and bought the moped in pieces, from a friend as a project to keep my engineering skills alive. But it's time to make room in my garage for the next project!
