Full nut and bolt rebuild started June 2020
Complete strip down with frame/ folks and metal work Soda blasted and etch primed.
Frame and folks taken to Mike Phoenix scooters for alignment check and have brackets welded to folks to allow dampers to be attached.
Engine completely rebuilt with all new bearings and seals fitted.
Gearbox rebuilt with new selector fitted, new clutch plates fitted, with new clutch springs, new clutch housing fitted, Casa new chain tensioner fitted.
Tameni GP crankshaft fitted.
Casa X1S 200cc cylinder kit with Meteor 66. 4mm piston with NPR rings.
Dellorto 28mm PHBH carburettor fitted (jetted to suit engine kit).
New 42mm Avanti Clubman exhaust fitted.
Folks rebuilt with new springs and all new internals.
Folks fitted to frame with all new bearings and bearing cups.
Silent blocks engine mounts fitted; new adjustable rear damper fitted.
Front and rear brakes fitted with all new parts (new rear hub).
New SIP front and rear alloy tubeless wheels with New Mitas tyres.
All new cables and ancillaries fitted
VAPE 12 volt static AC ignition system fitted.
All new internal head set fitted, new speedo, head light, LED tail light
New steering lock, ignition switch (with key), tool box lock fitted.
New fuel tank with fast flow tapnfitted.
