FIAT 124 Spider 2000cc
I have owned the car for 6 years, it is very dependable and fun to drive. Starts on the button every time even after weeks.
This is the first batch of 2000cc 124 Spider, manufactured with a single carburetor.
During my ownership I have done the following jobs:
Mechanically:
- New brake lines and cylinder, also the whole system bled and refilled.
- Oil changes
- Water/ coolant change
- Brake pads
- Cambelt
- New gearshift supports
- New starter motor
- New fuel filter
- New plugs and leads
- Distributor cap clean up
Exterior & Interior:
- New mohair soft-top (black outside and quilted beige inside)
- Chrome bumpers (European specs)
- Lower springs in accordance to European specs
- New wheels and tyres
- New Nardi Classico type steering wheel
I bought the car with the ANSA performance exhaust, which gives it a great sound.
It is not a concours car by any means, but a very well presented and sound example.
It is an enjoyable classic convertible which turns heads.
