We are selling our lovely 2019 Swift Bessacarr 574, four birth motorhome, affectionately named ‘Bertie’. This luxury motor home has incredibly low mileage of just 7, 805, and having had minimal use, it is in pristine condition, both internally and externally, like new! It has a Fiat Ducato 2. 3 engine, putting out 130BHP, and also has the benefit and ease, of a six speed comfort-matic automatic gearbox, offering a smooth driving experience. The motor home has a maximum gross weight of just 3500KG so can be driven by any licence holder with no restrictions.
This luxurious motor home has had, just one previous owner, and has been looked after impeccably, hence it’s excellent condition. With four belted seats, it is ideal for families, as you are not restricting to just two persons travelling. The motor home also boasts the addition of a fitted tow bar.
As you step through the habitation door, you will find the cozy lounge/ dining area to your immediate left, featuring a side sofa, front facing sofa, and removable dining table. The sofas easily convert into a comfortable double bed, if needed, in addition to the two fixed single beds in the private bedroom. There is a fitted TV bracket in the lounge area, to the wall behind the driver, plus aircraft style lockers and under seat storage. There is also a floor locker, providing even more storage. The detachable tv can be easily swapped to the additional tv bracket, located in the bedroom, and is included in the sale. Electric hook-up cable is also included in the sale. The well equipped central kitchen area, has a round recessed stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, a dual fuel hob offering three gas burners and one electric hotplate, gas grill and oven beneath, electric sockets, plus there's a fitted microwave oven above. The motor home is thoughtfully, and cleverly designed, so as to create separate privacy areas, with a door from the kitchen area to the main bedroom, then another door, from the bedroom into the end full width en-suite shower room, with swivel toilet. Walking through the door into the bedroom, there are two fixed, comfortable, low level single beds with fitted fabric headboards; windows each side, plus ample storage space under each bed. Both single beds have bespoke luxury Duvalay mattresses . There are two wardrobes with lights, one on side, main light, reading lights, and also a second TV bracket, electric socket, and USB connectors. There are upper lockers, again offering plenty of storage space, a door mirror, and a handy small bedside shelve above each bed. The under bed storage space is also accessible from the external lockable doors on the outside of the motor home. There is removable carpeting on the wood effect floor, to all the living areas, for your own personal preference. The cab area also has removable carpets, these being ‘as new’ as they have never been used.
The spacious, full width, en suite rear shower room, offers a luxurious area, with a Thetford cassette swiveling toilet with electric flush, a designer hand wash-basin with chrome mixer tap and illuminated mirror, plus a large separate shower cubicle with folding perspex door. There is a chrome towel radiator, storage cupboards, chrome towel/ toilet roll holders, and ceiling sky light, plus a window, which you can open, again having black out blind and fly screen, as do all the other windows.
