Description
1995 Toyota Starlet GT Turbo - 7, 800 or nearest offer.
Selling my 1995 Toyota Starlet GT Turbo - a proper little JDM hot hatch that's getting harder to find, especially in decent condition. Imported from Japan, it's got 169, 974 km on the clock (~105k miles) and comes with a full MOT and regular servicing.
Mechanically it's had loads of work done recently, including:
New clutch
New master cylinder
New brake lines
All new discs (IDWorkz Performance), pads (EBC) and wheel bearings
Drive shafts - From Driveshaft shop and are good for up to 600bhp
Radiator
Thermostat
Heads overhauled
All new shocks
Also had a full respray, so the paint looks spot-on and fresh. Still has the original Toyota flare mounted under the glove box - nice little touch from the factory (though I wouldn't recommend trying it out!).
Mods are minimal - just RC Advan alloys (quite rare), NGK leads, and an HKS turbo timer. Other than that, it's pretty original.
Interior's clean, drives exactly how it should, and it's always been well looked after. Obviously it's a 90s car so there are a few age-related marks - mainly a couple of scrapes on the rear corners and a crack in the driver's side fog light (but I'll include two brand new fog lights with the sale).
It will also come with other spare parts such as:
Radiator Pipe
Slave Cylinder
x2 Wheel Barings
x2 Brake Pads
Only two owners before me since it came into the UK. It's a cracking little car. I bought this Starlet GT Turbo because I’ve always loved the charm of 90s JDM cars lightweight, punchy, and packed with character. It’s one of those cars that just makes you smile to drive. The turbo kicks in nicely, and the car feels properly connected to the road it’s raw in the best kind of way.
What makes this one special is how clean it is. A lot of these have been heavily modified or left to deteriorate, but this one’s been looked after and had all the big jobs done. It’s still got little touches like the factory flare mounted under the glove box and the rare RC Advan alloys really set it off.
My favourite thing about it? Honestly, the way it pulls in boost and how much attention it gets. It’s a head-turner, even among people who don’t know what it is. Proper old-school fun.
