Description
1971 Short Bed C10 Pickup. An original Short bed, not chopped.
383 V8 stroker engine, paired with a TH400 3-speed auto transmission.
It's been tubbed and lowered, with 21. 5 inch alloys. I've not had it checked, but she should be running at somewhere around 330-350HP.
Tax and MOT exempt, and costs £120 per year to insure.
Imported it myself from the US. Had it for a few years now but just never gets used, so unfortunately time for it to go.
It's a solid running truck, but please don't expect a show piece. Here are the bad bits:
A couple of spots where the paint has cracked off (As you can see in the pictures)
Some previously installed electric window winders but they're playing up.
Speedo doesn't seem to ever show fast than 60mph!
Other than that it's a sound truck that I've really enjoyed owning. Sad to see it go.
